Instructions
Prepare wild rice according to the recommendations on the package.
Bake or boil the beets, chop.
Mash and tear the leaves of Peking cabbage arbitrarily.
Mix rice, beetroot and cabbage. Add lemon juice, linseed oil, salt, pepper and balsamic. Mix it. Add sesame seeds.
