  1. Finely chop the mint.
  2. Take olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix in a bowl with mint and spices.
  3. Lightly fry pine nuts in a hot frying pan.
  4. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips and put everything in a container, pour the sauce over it. Shake it slightly and send it to the refrigerator.
