Instructions
Apple (green) cut into thin slices. Place in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice. Mix well.
Cut the white onion into 4 pieces and finely chop it Add to the apples.
Boil the eggs and let them cool. Grind in a combine with a “grater” attachment. Add to apples and onions.
Mix sour cream with grainy mustard.
Add the sauce and mix everything thoroughly. Cut the black bread, top with a little salad and a couple of slices of herring (I used preserves).
