Instructions
  1. Remove the core from the apples and cut into thin slices.
  2. Put the apples in a saucepan and add 2 tbsp of sugar. Pour 1 liter of water. Put it on the stove. As the water boils, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Then put them in a colander to drain the excess liquid.
  4. Grease the silicone Mat with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough. Cut into strips 5-6 cm wide.
  5. The edge of the strip along the entire length is smeared with jam. Top with a little sprinkle of starch (starch takes away excess liquid, and the taste of the rolls does not affect.) Put the apples on the edge of the dough strip with an indent. Again, a little sprinkle with starch.
  6. Wrap the edge of the dough on apples and roll it into a rosette.
  7. Cover the baking sheet with a silicone Mat. Lay out the buns leaning against the edges of the baking sheet, so that the place of fastening during baking does not detach. Put in the oven and bake at 185 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the cooled rolls with powdered sugar, transfer to a plate and serve!
  9. Bon Appetit!!!
