  1. To start, prepare the caramel. Wash the apples, peel and remove the seeds. Cut into cubes.
  2. In a dry pan with a thick bottom, pour the sugar. Put on the fire and let the sugar melt.

  5. And nuts. Boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
  6. Form for baking (I have 20 cm.) if necessary, cover with foil or parchment, grease the sides with vegetable oil (1 tsp.). Transfer the caramel to the form.

  8. Add sugar.

  10. Sift the flour and mix with a mixer at low speed.
  11. Pour the dough over the caramel. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 30-35 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden skewer, if it comes out dry, the pie is ready.
  12. Remove the pie from the oven, cover with the dish and quickly turn it over (carefully, hot!). Let the cake soak a little and cool down.
