Apricot and Coffee Ice Recipe
Another version of ice cream – with a bright apricot flavor and a delicate coffee-cinnamon note. Very tasty!

  1. Wash the apricots, cut them into halves, and remove the seeds. Please note that the ingredients contain a net weight!
  2. Chop the apricots using a blender. Add sugar.
  3. Mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the cinnamon and stir.
  5. Pour in the espresso and orange juice.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Pour the mixture into the molds and put them in the freezer for a few hours (it’s convenient for me to leave them overnight).
  8. If you do not have suitable molds, you can prepare fruit ice in suitable glasses. Just don’t forget to put ice cream sticks in them.
  9. Before serving, let the ice cream lie for a couple of minutes at room temperature.
