I prepared the presented cocktail based on the dalgon coffee, which became popular in South Korea. The cocktail turns out to be very delicious, an ideal soft drink for coffee lovers. The preparation of which does not require much time, and the process is very exciting.
Next, prepare the coffee foam. Pour instant coffee into the container.
And hot water. It is very important to keep the same proportions of coffee, sugar and water.
Start whipping with a mixer at high speed. The mass will gradually begin to lighten. The longer you whisk, the thicker the foam becomes. I whipped for 5 minutes. and this is the foam I got, quite dense. Next, this foam can be spread on a milkshake, using a teaspoon. But I decided to experiment and added a thickener for cream to the foam, beat it with a mixer at high speed and it turned out a thick mass, like cream.
Using a pastry syringe, I spread the foam into the glasses. Before serving, put the cocktail in the refrigerator.
