Arugula Pesto Recipe
Pesto is probably my favorite Italian sauce, I cook it from basil, parsley, and now arugula. Be sure to try arugula pesto! Arugula contains a lot of vitamins C, A, E, as well as a lot of calcium.

Instructions
Prepare the necessary products.
Fry 4 garlic cloves in a frying pan over medium heat until the garlic is browned, about 10 minutes.
Using roasted garlic is a great way to achieve a garlic flavor, but not so pronounced. Cool the garlic and peel it.
Add all products except cheese to the blender bowl.
Put a homogeneous mass in a cup and add finely grated Parmesan.
Serve with pasta, fried potatoes or as a pizza sauce.
