Arugula Pesto Recipe
Pesto is probably my favorite Italian sauce, I cook it from basil, parsley, and now arugula. Be sure to try arugula pesto! Arugula contains a lot of vitamins C, A, E, as well as a lot of calcium.

  1. Prepare the necessary products.
  2. Fry 4 garlic cloves in a frying pan over medium heat until the garlic is browned, about 10 minutes.
  3. Using roasted garlic is a great way to achieve a garlic flavor, but not so pronounced. Cool the garlic and peel it.
  4. Add all products except cheese to the blender bowl.
  5. Put a homogeneous mass in a cup and add finely grated Parmesan.
  6. Serve with pasta, fried potatoes or as a pizza sauce.
  7. Ready!
