Arugula Pesto Recipe
Pesto is probably my favorite Italian sauce, I make it from Basil, parsley, and now arugula. Be sure to try the arugula pesto! Arugula contains a lot of vitamins C, a, E, as well as a lot of calcium.

Ingredients
Arugula
(2 cups packed, some leaves)

Cashew / Cashew nuts (roasted)

Parmesan

Instructions
Prepare the necessary products.
4 garlic cloves fry in a pan over medium heat until garlic is browned, about 10 minutes.
The use of roasted garlic is a great way to achieve garlic flavor, but not so pronounced. Garlic cool and peel.
In the bowl of a blender add all the products except cheese.
Put a homogeneous mass in a Cup and add finely grated Parmesan.
Serve with pasta, fried potatoes or as a pizza sauce.
