  1. A necessary ingredient. Oil and greens were not included in the frame.
  2. Diced fresh and dried tomatoes, bell pepper. Add chickpeas. I have canned food.
  3. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not brown. Cut a few sprigs of coriander or any other greens. I didn’t photograph this step.
  4. Mix mustard, oil and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and season the salad.
