Slices of ripe avocado wrapped in the thinnest slices of prosciutto – so simple and so refined! You can serve the slices as a separate appetizer or combine them with fresh lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
Peel and slice the avocado. Wrap each piece in a prosciutto slice. Place on a plate with fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
