Light Salad with Prosciutto Recipe
The national dish of the Balkan peoples. We tried it in Montenegro, but they make and serve it everywhere. Prosciutto is the equivalent of jamon. You can also replace the Parma ham.
Instructions
  1. We will need a mix of salads or just some green salad. But the mixture is still better, tastier and more fragrant. Quantity - at your discretion. I had half an Italian package.

  2. Cucumber and Apple cut into thin triangular slices, tomatoes cut in half, Suluguni cut into small cubes.
