Slices of ripe avocado wrapped in the thinnest slices of prosciutto – so simple and so exquisite! You can serve the slices as an independent snack or combine them with fresh lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
Peel and slice the avocado. Wrap each piece in a prosciutto slice. Put on a plate with fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes and pour the dressing of lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
