My children adore pancakes with bananas, and I decided to combine all this into one and cook delicious and fast pancakes on a ryazhenka with bananas.

  1. Pour the ryazhenka into a bowl.
  2. Bananas are best taken overripe, passed through a blender to a puree-like state.
  3. In a bowl with yogurt, add bananas, sugar, egg and vanilla and mix.
  4. Add flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
  5. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan on both sides and serve with sour cream.
