A simple and delicious salad for a family lunch and dinner. I would like to say a few words about this salad. In everyday life, almost every day I prepare various soups for lunch, my family loves them and no dinner is complete without hot and delicious homemade soups. For broths, I use meat or chicken, I do a little more laying of meat products in order to be able to prepare light snacks or salads for lunch. In my opinion, this is what every hostess does. So today for lunch I had a light chicken soup, some of the meat from which went to this simple salad.

  1. Cut tomatoes into quarters, remove excess moisture from the seeds and internal partitions, they can be used to prepare various sauces and dressings for soups. You can also freeze them, and then use them to prepare various dishes.
  2. Cut the tomato cups into small cubes. I want to pay attention, tomatoes are better to use solid, with dense walls.
  3. Wash the white beans (2 tablespoons) to remove the preservative-filling.
  4. Chop the red onion into small cubes.
  5. Chicken leg fillet boil in salted water, cut into small cubes/pieces.
  6. Mushrooms (4 pcs.) cut into slices/plates. Fry the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. in vegetable oil (1 tablespoon).
  7. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients of the salad, add the canned white beans (2 tablespoons). Season the salad with mayonnaise, if necessary, add salt to taste.
  8. Put the salad in a salad bowl. Pick the green lettuce leaves and put them on the prepared salad.
