  1. Soak the beans for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Boil the beans according to the instructions on the package. At the end of cooking, add salt.
  3. Wash the walnuts, dry them in a frying pan and cut them not very finely.
  4. Peel and slice the onion.
  5. Fry the onion well in sunflower oil.
  6. Mix all the ingredients, add salt if desired, season with oil and serve.
