This light but hearty salad is very useful in the summer menu, it is prepared quickly, from products “at hand” and can easily replace a full dinner.

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs. Strain the beans through a sieve and put them in a salad bowl. Cut the onion into feathers and add to the beans.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into large slices, put them in a salad bowl.
  3. Chop the eggs, wash the greens, dry them and cut them into small pieces in a salad bowl.
  4. Mix and place on a platter, garnish with a mesh of mayonnaise and salt.
