Beans with Pickled Cucumber Recipe
One of my favorite flavors: salty, hearty, a little spicy and quickly cooked. It can be served separately, or as an appetizer to meat, or as a salad, or even as a sauce – in any case, it will give your dinner piquancy, and you – health and beauty.

  1. Ingredients that are always at home.
  2. Drain the liquid from the bean molds, and put the beans in a bowl. Dice a few cucumbers.
  3. Chop the nuts in a mortar (you can cut them).
  4. Chopped greens (I have parsley, but with cilantro or dill is also delicious). Finely chop the garlic.
  5. Mix all the prepared ingredients, add salt, pepper, and season with vegetable oil.
  6. Ready!
