Instructions
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the meat into medium cubes. Pepper, salt and sprinkle with paprika. If desired, you can also add spices to taste. Refrigerate for an hour.
Finely chop the onion and put it in a cold cauldron (without oil).
Put the meat on top of the onion, without stirring. Cover with a lid. Let it boil, turn down the heat (do not stir)
When the onion releases the juice and it covers the meat, you can stir.
Cook until the meat is ready. If the onion liquid is not enough, you can add a little water. Enjoy your meal!!!
