Wash the meat and cut it into approximately 3×3 cm pieces.
Pour the meat into a bowl, sprinkle with flour and mix well so that each piece is rolled in flour.
Take a deep frying pan, heat it up. Pour sunflower oil and fry our beef until Golden brown. Or you can fry the meat and put it in a cauldron or pan, if there is no deep frying pan.
Carrots are cut into long bars and spread on top of the meat.
Cut the onion into slices and put it on top of the carrots.
Add the Bay leaf, washed cloves of unpeeled garlic, tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour water to almost cover our ingredients. Cover with a lid and do not touch for 40 minutes, do not stir, simmer over low heat.
After 40 minutes, mix lightly and leave for another 40 minutes. Add finely chopped herbs, adjika, stir and simmer for another 10 minutes. Done!
