  2. Salt... poperchit... add spices.. spoon flour... a spoonful of tomato paste... stir.. if necessary, transfer to a deep bowl(Duckling.. or a pot... put the Bay leaf down... cover with water.. so the meat was covered completely... bring to the boil and let simmer under the lid for 40 minutes.
