  1. Wash the heart.. cut the films... cut into pieces.. and fry with grated carrots and chopped onions.

Add salt... pepper it... add spices.. a spoonful of flour... a spoonful of tomato paste... mix it up.. if necessary, transfer to a deep bowl (duckling bowl.. or a pot... put the bay leaf... fill it with water.. so that the meat is completely covered... bring to a boil and simmer under a lid for 40 minutes.
