Beetroot and pickled Celery Salad Recipe
I suggest another simple and light salad of beetroot and pickled celery. It takes five minutes to cook, and it may well decorate your table.

  1. Peel the beetroot (I’ve already boiled it), grate it on a “Chinese” grater (I don’t have one, but it’s safe).
  2. Strain the celery and lightly squeeze the marinade, add to the beetroot.
  3. Add a mixture of peppers and black pepper.
  4. Add garlic powder.
  5. Season with olive oil. Add salt to taste. You can add a little lemon juice. Mix the salad and arrange it on serving plates.
