Instructions
Grate the beets on a medium grater, put them on a sieve, let the juice drain, and grate the cheese and garlic.
Mix the beetroot with the cheese and garlic. Add soy sauce, flour, egg, and pepper. Mix everything well.
Grease the molds with butter, put the beet mass in the molds.
Put the casserole to bake in a preheated 190-200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
