Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and place in a deep baking sheet with high sides.
Pour on top of boiled, not horns. You can use any short noodles.
Cut the ham into strips and also sprinkle on top.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
Mix water and cream and heat without bringing to a boil. Separately in cold water dissolve starch or flour.
Salt and pepper to taste, add parsley and garlic, nutmeg also to taste.
