There are hot days and I really want something cool and sweet)) Since we don’t eat store-bought ice cream, I always do homemade, today I decided to make a berry sorbet that will cool down in such hot weather. Everything is natural, and therefore I’m not afraid to give to kids, but still the measure is also needed))

  1. Add water and lemon juice to the sugar.
  2. Put on a slow fire and, stirring, cook the sugar syrup.
  3. Cool the syrup and pour the berries into it. Grind everything in a blender.
  4. Put the berry puree in a container and close the lid. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  5. Every hour, the sorbet should be beaten with a mixer or stirred with a spoon.
  6. Spread on the cream and enjoy)
