Black Currant with Marshmallow Mousse Recipe
Summer… fresh berries, fruits, vegetables… Of course, we are in a hurry to pamper your body with vitamins. Fresh berries are perfectly combined with dairy products. But how to make a dish both healthy and delicious? In summer, the best dessert option, in my opinion, is not to be found, sweet mousse combined with freshly harvested, sour currants… that’s something! Orange peel gives a special shade!

Instructions
  1. Fresh berries, freshly harvested, rinse, dry.
  2. We put 2 tablespoons for each in the creamer, I cooked for 2 servings, I had enough of this amount, as much as possible – as you like.
  3. Now prepare the mousse. Pour a glass of 200 ml of cream into a blender, gradually add the marshmallows broken into pieces and whisk until smooth. Mousse turns out to be sweet, but so pleasant to the taste. I had an “ice cream” marshmallow, so the mousse turned out like this – with the taste of creamy ice cream.
  4. Pour the resulting mousse equally into the already prepared cream. It turns out just for two people). Chill for about 30 minutes!
  5. Then decorate the top with berries, 1 tablespoon in each bowl, you can have more. Sprinkle with orange zest, it will add flavor and a delicate citrus note! Sweet mousse and a berry that lies on the tongue with sourness! mmmm! Why not summer freshness!
  6. Bon appetit!
