I had a frozen black currant, but instead you can use absolutely any berries - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, even sea buckthorn. That's only if the berry is sweet, you have to add another juice of half a lemon or reduce the amount of sugar that will have to find out experimentally, removing the sample))
Wash the berries and transfer to a blender bowl, add sugar and grind.
Get a very thick mass, which should be shifted into a saucepan and heated on fire. Once the grated currant boils and the sugar dissolves, remove the pan from the heat.
And wipe the mass through a sieve, getting rid of the skins and bones. By the way, "waste", I made a wonderful juice, adding water, and strain it through a fine sieve.
Add sweet soy sauce to the grated currant .
And pour into molds or a plastic container. Close the lids, remove for the night in the freezer.
