  1. Take a good piece of pork pulp, wash, dry with a paper towel and gently RUB with salt, if desired, and black pepper.
  2. Cut the garlic into pieces. We mercilessly stick a knife into the flesh of pork, make a puncture and insert slices of garlic along its blade. Garlic can be taken from the heart.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a Cup, add mustard, mix well in the emulsion and coat the pork with a feeling.
  4. On the prepared meat, artistically lay out the petals of pickled ginger. If the pieces of meat are large, you can cut them into 2 parts.
  5. Wrap it in several layers of foil and put it in the refrigerator, preferably for a longer time, at my place for the night. Then put on a heat-resistant form and send it to the oven 190* for 1 hour 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Consider the features of your oven.
  6. Boiled pork is good both hot and cold.
