Chop the cabbage. Peel and chop the onion. Slice the pickles.
Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil, lay out the chopped meat and cook until the liquid evaporates (5-10 minutes). Add the chopped onion, vegetable oil (if necessary) to the meat and fry until the onion is browned.
Add the cabbage and pickle, cook under the lid, stirring.
5 minutes before cooking, add tomato paste, sugar, salt, spices (I have ground black pepper, hops-suneli).
