  1. Start cooking: prepare all the ingredients. Chop the tomatoes and carrots.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  3. Slice the beans.
  4. Cut the zucchini into cubes.
  5. Rubbing beets.
  6. The most interesting thing is cooking meat. Fry the meat completely without oil. Preheat the pan under the lid. To check the readiness, sprinkle a few drops of water – a “mother-of-pearl effect” is formed: water crumbles in small balls along the bottom. Lay out the meat and press down with a fork. After a few seconds, the meat turns over freely. Form a crust.
  7. Put all the vegetables to the meat, pour hot water (not boiling water!), cover with a lid.
  8. On the lid there is a thermostat – a device that helps to regulate the temperature. When the arrow reaches the middle of the scale, the heat can be reduced, cook for another 15 minutes on very low heat.
  9. The temperature in the pot is maintained for several hours – meat and vegetables reach full readiness on their own. And the family is waiting for a hot lunch at any time) That’s such a bright, juicy, delicious borscht turned out.
