  1. Basmati rice is well washed, boiled until half cooked. This rice has a delicate aroma and exquisite taste.
  2. Peel the onion and carrot and finely chop.
  3. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onions and carrots.
  4. Meanwhile, chop the cabbage.
  5. Add the cabbage to the fried meat and simmer, stirring occasionally. If necessary, add a little hot water or vegetable broth.
