Braised Chickpeas with Vegetables Recipe
I want to share a simple recipe, but the dish turns out tasty and hearty. This is one of my favorite meatless dishes. First time I tried it in Turkey, we served it in the hotel, and since then I cook it at home.

  1. Chickpeas soak overnight in cold water and then boil in 3 waters. Give to boil, drain the water, and so three times. We do this in order to avoid undesirable effects after legumes.

  2. Finely cut tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic, carrots grate.

  3. Fry onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
