Braised Chickpeas with Vegetables Recipe
I want to share a simple recipe, but the dish turns out delicious and satisfying. This is one of my favorite lean dishes. I tried it for the first time in Turkey, we served it at the hotel, and since then I have been cooking it at home.

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight in cold water, and then boil in 3 waters. Let it boil, drain the water, and so on three times. We do this in order to avoid undesirable consequences after eating legumes.
