Salad based on Bulgarian cuisine. It combines products that we don’t usually use together in salads. But, believe me, it’s very tasty!!!

  1. Cut the white cabbage into strips.
  2. Add salt, squeeze to let the juice flow.
  3. Slice the cucumber.
  4. Place the cabbage in the center of the dish and place it around the sliced cucumber.
  5. Wash, peel, and slice the pepper.
  6. Spread on cucumbers.
  7. Cut the cheese into strips.
  8. And put it on top of cucumbers and pepper.
  9. Ham or sausage (to taste and if possible) cut into cubes.
  10. Put a slide on the cabbage.
  11. Cut the hard-boiled egg lengthwise into 4 parts and lay out a slide. There is no need to salt – cheese and salted cabbage are in the salad. If desired, sprinkle with sunflower oil and apple cider vinegar.
