  1. For cooking, we take Turkey minced meat.
  2. Onions and carrots are cleaned. Onions cut into small cubes, carrots three on a grater.
  3. Fry the onion and carrot in oil until soft.
  4. Let the carrots and onions cool slightly, add the cheese and walnuts.
  5. Put a mixture of peppers and paprika. I do not put salt, it is enough in the cheese. Punch with a blender until smooth.
  6. Put the crushed mass to the minced meat.
  7. Carefully knead the minced meat. The more it is stirred, the cutlets will be more airy and tender.
  8. Since these cutlets are prepared without breadcrumbs, but the minced meat is too thin, then for the convenience of working with minced meat, we lubricate the Board with oil. We form round cutlets about 2 cm high. It is convenient to do this with the help of a cooking ring and a pusher.
  9. Fry the cutlets in a grill pan on the stove or on the grill. If you fry on a picnic, then I recommend freezing the cutlets in advance. Cook on both sides until the “stripes” are formed, about 7-8 minutes on each side.
