Onion cut into thin quarter rings, green onion – rings, peeled apple – thin small slices.
In a bowl, mix sunflower oil, honey and a little salt.
In a bowl, put the sauerkraut, apple and onion, squeezed from the juice.
Mix it. Pour in the sauce and stir again. Leave the salad to infuse for 30 minutes.
Put the salad in a salad bowl and serve to the table.
