Onion cut into thin quarter rings, green onion – rings, peeled apple – thin small slices.
In a bowl, mix sunflower oil, honey and a little salt.
In a bowl, put the sauerkraut, squeezed from the juice, apple and onion.
Mix it. Pour in the sauce and stir again. Leave the salad to infuse for 30 minutes.
