Never thought that a salad would be such a delicious, quick prepared for dinner. Very juicy, vegetable and with hints of smoked fish. Instead of flounders can be taken and the other smoked fish, not greasy.

Instructions
Shred cabbage finely, add a pinch of salt and sugar, slightly to grind by hand.
Smoked flounder to pick hands, small strips, mix with cabbage.
Add chopped cherry tomatoes and peas.
