  1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and the resulting sauce to spread on bread.
  2. Put the chopped mackerel on the sauce.
  3. On the mackerel, distribute the crumbled beetroot and cucumber in strips.
  4. Cut the egg into circles and put it on top. Garnish with lemon or orange slices-delicious with both. That’s it, the sandwich is ready!
