Canapes “Fish Eggs” Recipe
On New Year’s Eve, we all want the table to be full, but at the same time, so that we spend as little time in the kitchen as possible. The offered canapes easily cope with both tasks. Despite such a minimal composition of products, their combination was very organic, and canapes with dishes just flew away.

  2. First, boil the hard-boiled eggs. I always add a little salt to the water when cooking – even if the eggs crack, they won’t leak out. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into thin slices. I have a special thread for this purpose, so it took two minutes in time.
  3. Preparations are completed, you can start assembling the canapes. Place the crackers on a platter.
  4. Place the sliced eggs on top.
  5. The last component is caviar, it is spread on an egg with about half a teaspoon. The last touch is left – decorate all this creation with greenery and you can serve it on the table.
