A delicious and satisfying dish for spinach lovers. True, there is a special kind of pasta for making cannelloni, but it seems to me that my method is a little simpler.
Mix the minced chicken with thyme, salt and pepper.
Fry onions, shallots and garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
Add the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
If you have fresh spinach, chop it and add it to the minced meat. If you take canned food (as I did), you need to strain the liquid well before adding it to the minced meat. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Then remove from the heat and add the ricotta. Mix well.
While the filling is being prepared, boil and cool the lasagna sheets.
Cool the minced meat a little, put a few tablespoons of minced meat on a lasagna sheet.
Roll it into a tube. Repeat this step until you run out of lasagna sheets and minced meat.
Place the tubes on a dish greased with olive oil. I got two dishes of 9 cannelloni.
