Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. If the lemon is lowered into boiling water for a couple of seconds, it is much easier to squeeze it out.
Mix with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Cut apples into cubes, mix with juice and butter.
Mix with carrots, put on lettuce leaves (I used seasoned parsley).
