Apple Raisin Cookies Recipe
I want to share a recipe for a porous and soft apple cider cookie, which turns out to be insanely aromatic and tasty. It prepares quickly and at the same time we get a large portion of delicious tea.

  1. For cooking, take the eggs and pour them into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat with a mixer. Beat until the volume increases and until whitening. Add softened butter to the egg mass, mix slightly with a mixer - add flour, baking powder and mix everything with a spatula until smooth. Take two apples - remove the core and cut into small cubes. Add raisins to the dough (which must be pre-washed with boiling water), chopped apples - mix everything thoroughly. Using a spoon, spread it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and send it to a preheated oven to 180 degrees, bake for 25-30 minutes (until light ruddy). That's it, our soft flavored apple raisin cookies are ready.
