Put the grated beets in a sieve and rinse well in cold water so that the salad does not turn beet red later.
Then slightly dry the beets with a paper towel and add to the carrots.
Add the raisins and mix.
Now prepare the salad dressing.
In a separate bowl, mix the paprika, cumin, cinnamon and salt.
Then add the lemon juice, sugar and honey and mix until smooth.
Pour this sauce over the salad and mix well so that both the beetroot and carrot are covered with the dressing.
Then leave at room temperature for about 1 hour, so that the salad is well soaked. When serving, sprinkle mint leaves on top.
