Carrot Dessert Salad Recipe
Quick vitamin salad! Come in, treat!
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. We will need 200 gr. of the finished product.
  2. Steam a handful of raisins with boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, honey and lemon juice to the carrots. Mix gently.
  4. Put the carrots in the cremans or salad bowls.
  5. Drain the water from the raisins. Spread the raisins on the carrots.
  6. Peel half an orange. Cut into small pieces.
  7. Put the orange slices on the raisins.
  8. Carefully add cold white yogurt on top. Top with pumpkin seeds, or add walnuts.
