Carrot Dessert Salad Recipe
Quick vitamin salad! Very tasty salad.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. We will need 200 gr. of the finished product.
  2. A handful of raisins steamed with boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, honey and lemon juice to the carrots. Mix gently.
  4. Put the carrots in the cremans or salad bowls.
  5. Drain the water from the raisins. Spread the raisins on the carrots.
  6. Peel half an orange. Cut into small pieces.
  7. The bits of orange spread on the raisins.
  8. Gently top with cold white yogurt. Top with pumpkin seeds, and you can add walnuts.
