Carrot-Pineapple Salad Recipe
A very simple and quick salad. Minimum of products. Lemon-flavored mayonnaise complements the fruity taste of pineapple.

  1. Grate the carrots in a bowl on a coarse grater.
  2. Add grated cheese.
  3. Cut pineapples into small cubes.
  4. Mix everything, season with pepper, squeeze garlic through a press and add to mayonnaise. Mix it. But salt is a matter of taste. I didn’t add it because I was satisfied with the taste of mayonnaise without salt.
  5. And what a wonderful and positive combination of colors, if you add a little green!
