Lecho (Frozen vegetables)

Butter
Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)

Instructions
Defrost the fish, add salt and water to 1/3 of the volume of the pan and simmer, i.e. cook under the lid, for 25 minutes. at low boiling.
This is what the fish looks like after heat treatment!
Boil the rice in a water ratio of 1:1.5. Put the rice in a cup or in a greased form and transfer to a plate.
Put the lettuce leaves on a plate with a side dish and put the fish on them.
Add lecho to the fish with a side dish and enjoy!!! Enjoy your meal!!!
