Cut into rings the onions and 2/3 of the spread for carrots;
Wash the catfish and place it on the vegetables. Cover with remaining onion;
Cut the tomatoes into half rings and put them on top. Then pour the lemon juice and evenly put the pulp. Bake in a preheated oven at 190° for 30 minutes. Then decorate with herbs.
The dish came out incredibly fragrant and rich. The total weight was 670 grams, but I divided it into 4 portions. Per serving about 170 grams, 218.7 calories, proteins 30.4, 8.1 fat, 6.1 carbs. With such an easy preparation I got 4 nutritious and healthy dinner.
