  1. Take the curd cheese, egg and mix thoroughly with a fork or mixer.
  2. Pour the milk, put the flour with baking powder, salt, a mixture of peppers, chopped herbs (I have dill). Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cheese three on a grater, put in the dough. Mix it up.
  4. The dough should be thick, like on pancakes.
  5. Take a waffle iron, put a spoonful of dough and bake the waffles, according to the instructions of your waffle iron. If you do not have a waffle iron, then you can bake like pancakes in a frying pan in oil.
