Cut the grapes in half. Peel the tangerine and white films, cut each slice into three parts. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Pre-divide the yogurt into 2 parts: mix one with cheese, the other with an apple cut into long strips.
Put the washed and dried lettuce leaves on a plate, then cheese with yogurt and half a grape.
Add apples with natural yogurt.
Garnish the salad with walnuts, grape halves and tangerine slices. Sprinkle with grated blue cheese and serve.
